Notification

When creating an issue from "Add Issue" page, assignee and users in notification list will receive an email notification.

When updating an issue from "Update Issue" page, issue creator, existing assignee (and new assignee if not the same as the existing one) and users in notification list will receive an email notification.

When creating an issue from "Report Issue" page, email address specified in Email Settings > "Outgoing Email Settings" > "To address" field will receive an email notification.

When retrieving issue emails:

  • [2.9.3.SP6] Notification List:
    • If a new issue needs to be created, addresses on the CC list (if exist in the application) will be added to the Notification List field.
    • If the issue already exists, no changes will be made to the Notification List field.
