Disable System Fields

To hide/disable unwanted System Fields, select a System Field, click Edit, choose status "Disabled".

Custom Field Mappings

The following System Fields "Contract > Type", "Hardware > Type", "Issue > Type", "Software > Type" has an extra option to map to one or more Custom Fields.
