Email Notification
When "Issue notification" is turned on on Email Settings:
- Report an Issue page: Emails will be sent to Email Settings page "To address" field
- Add Issue page: Emails will be sent to issue owner (i.e. "Assigned to" field) and users in "Notification List", unless "Suppress Notification" is checked
- Edit Issue page: Emails will be sent to issue owner (i.e. "Assigned to" field) and users in "Notification List", unless "Suppress Notification" is checked
When "Contract expiration notification" is turned on on Email Settings:
- A scheduled task checks if there are contracts that expired, expiring in one day, 7, 30, and 60 days.
- An email will be sent to each contract owner (who has Contracts Read permission and has not been notified) every hour.
- Up to 20 contract expiration notifications will be sent out every hour.
